Jingle
Short pieces of music used in a podcast, usually for sonic branding or transitions.
Jingles are memorable and help create a consistent auditory identity for the podcast. For example, a podcast might use a catchy jingle at the start of each episode to build recognition. The jingle could be a bespoke track used just for that purpose, or you could use a motif from the podcast’s theme music, to tie everything together.
