Recruitment Films for Growing Science & Technology Company

ICEoxford needed to attract top talent to support their growing business, and they turned to us to create a series of recruitment films that would showcase their values, culture, and expertise.

To begin the project, we conducted a discovery call with ICEoxford to understand their brand, message, and goals. Based on this information, we developed a content strategy that would effectively communicate their message to potential employees.

Once the strategy was in place, we began filming and conducting interviews with ICEoxford employees. We used a documentary-style approach, allowing the employees to share their experiences and insights in their own words. This approach helped us create an authentic and engaging series of videos that truly showcased ICEoxford's values and culture.
