Mix-minus
An audio setup that restricts the listener from hearing select inputs.
The use of Mix-minus is particularly helpful when participating in a remote recording, in which the input used for the call is through an audio interface. Without a mix-minus, the speaker would hear an echo of their own voice, as well as the other participants. The mix-minus ensures that the speaker hears only the voices of others and not their own, improving the clarity and quality of the conversation.
